Refund and Exchange
We provide a full 10-day return for refund warranty from the day of you receiving your purchase. Please inspect the product you receive and let us know if there is any issue in these 10 days. Any issues reported after this will not qualify for a full refund or replacement and become a warranty situation.
Special order items will be covered by warranty only, and we are not able to fully refund if the distributor’s policy is warranty only.
The product must be in saleable condition and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. All ammunition and reloading component sales are final. Firearms that have been fired or modified are no longer able to be sold as new, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Improperly returned, improperly reassembled, or items missing parts will be addressed on a case by case basis. Refunds will be processed within one week of product receipt at our location.
Canceled orders for restricted firearms are subject to a $50 fee to cover the time spent on transfer and re-transfer back to our inventory with the RCMP.

All refund or exchange will only be issued within 10 days of items from the date you receive your items.
Returned items must be in the original unopened package and with original receipt.

No exchange or return will be processed without the original receipt.
Any item not in its original condition or has damaged or missing parts not due to us.
Any item that is returned beyond 10 days after you received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund will be processed onto the original method of payment used.
In case of debit and credit card purchases, the refund will be processed back onto the same card.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
All Merchandise is guaranteed by the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged once consent is obtained by the Manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise you to consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
