Remington Versa Max Tactical 12 Gauge 22″ Black

Remington Versa Max Tactical Description:

The Versa Max is the pinnacle of semi-automatic shotgun versatility. It is capable of reliably cycling virtually all shotgun shell types, from 2-3/4″ 7/8 oz. target all the way up to 3.5″ 2.25 oz magnums. This is accomplished by Remington’s innovative VersaPort Gas Piston System, which automatically regulates cycling pressure by changing the number of open ports based on the length of the shell in the chamber.

A 2-3/4″ shell is short enough to allow all 7 ports to be open, allowing more pressure to act on the action. By virtue of their length and the position of the ports, the longer 3″ and 3.5″ shells leave 4 ports and 3 ports open, respectively, directing the appropriate amount of pressure to cycle the action. This enables the gun to cycle through shells of various lengths and powers without having to adjust or tweak anything on the gun.

The Versa Max Tactical features a hard anodized aluminum receiver to make it lighter and easier to carry and transition and a TriNyte coated barrel and internal components, making it extremely corrosion resistant. It delivers extreme ergonomics and customization over other models in the Versa Max series, with oversized controls for ease of manipulation even for gloved hands, and rubberized stock, cheek rest, and forend for comfort and grip. Interchangeable Hi Viz fiber optic sights allow for quick sight acquisition and a top rail (included) provides mounting solutions for optics.

Due to its simple but effective design, assembly and disassembly takes seconds, and with no springs, O-rings, or gas pistol seals to foul, thousands of rounds can be fired through the gun before it requires a cleaning. Reliability you can count on, the Remington Versa Max.
