Online Orders

• If there is an order problem such as incorrect information, stock issue or address problems we will attempt to contact you by email and phone.  If we do not receive response within a week the order will be canceled and refunded.

• PAL is required for high-value scopes and optics worth $500 or more, due to transaction safety protection

• All in store pick up items will hold for you within (60) days for free. Your order will be refunded after 60 days and a $50 storage and admin fee will be applied.

• Online only product will be shipped out within 3-7 business days ( exclude restricted firearms )

• Photos/images on website are a best representative of the product but may not be exactly as shown.

• Online order cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs from our time and labour to process, prepare and pack the order。

Pre Orders

G4C pre-orders allow us to allocate product of new or high demand product. It is common for there to be some bumps between ordering and delivery as we rely on supplier-provided delivery dates, expected quantities, and prices. If unavoidable changes in price, delivery date, or quantity available occur, we will update our listing as soon as possible. If you are on the pre-order list, you can cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of your deposit at any time. We will always do our best to minimize any changes and keep you informed.
