When you check out your online firearms purchase, you will be asked to fill in your full name and shipping address. You will also be asked your PAL number, PAL expiry date, and birth date. Restricted firearms will require the name of your city/town of birth and gun club.

In Ontario, you can provide the name of the club you belong to, or the one you intend to join. If it is a non-restricted firearm we will confirm your PAL as valid and ship to you via either Canada Post Expedited with signature required, or by Canpar with signature required.

An email with tracking is sent to you once the order is ready on our shipping dock.

If it is a restricted firearm, we will submit the electronic transfer request through the RCMP, and then wait to get the approval from your Provincial CFO. Depending on the province this can take from 2-24 days. We take care of the approval process, and you are not required to do anything. Once we have the approval, we will ship and provide tracking.

If you are not home at the delivery time, a Canada Post or Canpar tag will be left and you can pick up at your local post office or Canpar depot.

You do not need to apply for an ATT to bring your delivered package home.

We want your business and if you find a lower advertised price on an in-stock, new identical item from an Authorized Canadian dealer. The competitor must have the item in stock and if they do not include shipping our shipping fees will be added to the competitor’s price to make a fair price match.

An identical item is a product with the same manufacturer and model number. An Authorized Canadian dealer is a retailer that the manufacturer willingly sells to (typically, unauthorized dealers do not offer Canadian legal warranties and packaging).

From time to time, our Internet and store prices might temporarily not match due to sync times. If this happens, the website/computer system price is the correct price.

Firearms and ammunition purchases by law require the appropriate firearms license. We will require your PAL information for these products. You can enter this information during checkout and we will keep it on record until it expires so it will not be required for future purchases on your account. Your date of birth is required for non-restricted products. Restricted purchases also require the gun club or range name you are a member of and your city/town of birth.

Yes. Restricted firearms must be registered, and the ownership transfer can take several weeks and is processed by the RCMP. Accordingly, transfer times may vary. If there is an issue with your transfer, you may be contacted by the CFO of your province, or us.

We ask that all orders be made online on our website, as it allows our shipping department to receive the order and process it accordingly, pass along tracking information and status updates to the consumer. Ordering online is very secure and simple! We do welcome phone orders if you do prefer.

Yes, you may with the exception of all firearms and ammunition which are non-returnable.

Other goods purchased in store, may be returned within 10 days from the purchased day with a receipt and in its original packaging.

Once an order has been shipped, the order no longer can be cancelled, but we do accept returns. Simply ship the item back, and contact our customer service at info@g4cgunstore.com with your name, contact number, and the order invoice number, we will be happily to assist you with your refund.
