You can place your order online (our preferred method), call us or fax in an order. You can also print off an order form from the link at the top of the page if you are unable to place an order online.
For a shipping quote simply add the item to your shopping cart and then click on estimate shipping. Once you do this it will ask for your province and postal code and then give you the exact shipping fee. Should this not work for your area please drop us a message via the contact us forum.
We currently ship with Canada Post. Remember that ammunition, primers and powder cannot be shipped by Canada Post.
Orders will usually take around 2-6 business days to process and to be shipped. Shipping duration various depending on the destination.
We only allow shipping within CANADA. No international orders.

(Except special sales event) Delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days (excluding remote locations) after shipment and tracking are sent promptly. Backorder items are shipped upon arrival and receive priority processing.Please note restricted firearms will not ship until transfers are complete. We can not control the transfer’s wait time but will submit the transfer on the same day if order received before 5 pm to ensure your priority.

If you see the damage when it is being delivered, you can either refuse the shipment or request the delivery company to mark the tracking as received damaged, subject to further inspection.

Yes, you may with the exception of all firearms and ammunition which are non-returnable.
Other goods purchased in store, may be returned within 7 days from the purchased day with receipt and in its original packaging.
Once an order has been shipped, the order no longer can be cancelled, but we do accept returns. Simply ship the item back, and contact our customer service at email@example.com with your name, contact number and the order invoice number, we will be happily to assist you with your refund.

The refund will be processed onto the original method of payment used.
In case of debit and credit card purchases, the refund will be processed back onto the same card.
